Privacy Policy

Information We Collect

WheelTracker does not collect, record, or transmit any information about you or your usage of the app — including but not limited to:

• Personal identifiers (name, email address, phone number)
• Financial account information or brokerage credentials
• Device identifiers or advertising IDs
• Location data
• Usage analytics or crash reports
• Behavioral or interaction data

How Your Data Is Stored

All trade data you enter — positions, premiums, strikes, expiry dates, and any other details — is stored locally on your device only, using Apple's SwiftData framework.

Your data:

• Never leaves your device through the app
• Is not backed up to any server operated by us
• Is not accessible to us or any third party

If you use iCloud Backup, your device backup (including app data) is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Import & Export

WheelTracker allows you to export your trade data as a CSV or XLSX file using the iOS Share Sheet. This action:

• Is always initiated by you
• Sends data only to the destination you choose (e.g., Files app, email, AirDrop)
• Is not intercepted, logged, or processed by us in any way

Imported files are read locally on your device. No data from imported files is transmitted anywhere.

Subscriptions & Purchases

WheelTracker offers an optional Pro subscription managed entirely by Apple's App Store and StoreKit framework. We do not process, store, or have access to any payment information.

Subscription purchases are governed by Apple's Privacy Policy and Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Third-Party Services

WheelTracker integrates no third-party SDKs, analytics tools, advertising networks, or tracking frameworks. There are no third-party services that receive data through this app.

Children's Privacy

WheelTracker does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. As no data is collected at all, the app is compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) by design.

Data Retention & Deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you are in full control:

• To delete all app data: Use the Delete Data option within the app, or delete the app from your device entirely.
• To delete individual positions: Swipe to delete within the Positions tab.

We have no data stored on our end to delete on your behalf.

Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this privacy policy in the future, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.

Because we collect no data today, any future changes would only arise if a new feature required data handling — in which case we would describe it clearly before it launches.
